How long should my first session be?+
Most first sessions are 6 to 8 minutes. Starting short builds a base tan without any risk of burning, and the team recommend a timing based on your skin before you go in.
Do I need to book, or can I walk in?+
Walk-ins are welcome on every bed and there are ten rooms, so you will rarely wait long. The MegaSun K11 PLUS in Room 09 is the busiest, so call ahead if that is the one you want.
Which room should I choose?+
Rooms 1, 2, 3 and 10 are American Leisure stand-ups for a fast top-up. Rooms 4 and 8 are Ergoline Prestige BlueVision, rooms 5 and 7 are Prestige LightVision with red light, room 6 is the Luxura VEGAZ 8200, and room 9 is the MegaSun K11 PLUS.
Do I need to bring anything?+
Just yourself. Protective eyewear is available at reception and we stock quality tanning lotions — a good lotion can improve results by 40 to 70 percent. A towel is handy if you are heading somewhere afterwards.
How often can I tan?+
One session per day, with at least 24 hours between sessions so your skin has time to develop colour. Our weekly and monthly memberships are built around that — one session a day, any Prestige room.
Is there an age limit?+
Yes — UK law requires all sunbed users to be 18 or over. Please bring photo ID on your first visit if you look under 25.
