We are registered and operate in the United Kingdom, and we handle personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

You do not need an account to use this site, and we do not record, log or store personal information about you when you browse it. There is no visitor database, no customer profiling and no marketing list held by the website. We have nothing to sell, share or lose — because we simply do not collect it.

All bookings are made through our booking partner at online.salontracker.co.uk//skinztanning. When you book, the details you enter (such as your name, contact information and appointment history) are processed by SalonTracker on their secure platform and are covered by SalonTracker's own privacy policy, which is available on their website and at the point of booking — please read it before you book. We use booking information only to provide the service you have booked (for example, to hold your session and greet you by name). That information lives in the SalonTracker system, not on this website.

If you call or email us, we use your details only to answer your enquiry. We do not add you to mailing lists and we do not share your details with anyone else. The "request a session" form on our site does not save what you type to any server — it simply opens your own email app with your message addressed to us. Any email you then choose to send is kept in our inbox only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and is deleted afterwards.

We do not use analytics, advertising, profiling or social‑media tracking cookies of any kind — no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no ad networks. The only cookies that may be set are strictly necessary technical ones (for example by our hosting platform) that are required for the page to load and function. Under the UK GDPR these do not require consent, and they cannot be used to identify or track you.

This site links to services we do not control: the SalonTracker booking platform, Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram. Once you leave our site, their privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for their handling of your data, and we encourage you to read their policies.

You have the right to: be informed about how your data is used; access any personal data held about you; have inaccurate data corrected; have data erased (the "right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing; and receive your data in a portable format. Because this website stores no visitor data, any request will usually relate to booking records held in SalonTracker or to emails you have sent us — we will help you with either. To exercise a right, call 02476 351117 or email enquiries@skinztanning.co.uk; we will respond within one month, as the law requires. If you are ever unhappy with how we have handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113 — though we would always appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Sunbed use is restricted to over‑18s by UK law, and this website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Because the website itself stores no personal data, there is no visitor database here that could be lost, leaked or breached. Booking records are protected by SalonTracker's security measures on their platform. Enquiry emails and call‑back details are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, then deleted.
